DieMilla

DieMilla, is a CNC milling machine dedicated to producing steel rule cutting dies, steel counter plates, phenolic counter plates, stripping and blanking tools with the highest level of accuracy and speed! Available in table sizes 2050 x 1600 mm (80.7 x 62.9 inches) and 3050 x 2050 mm (120.0 x 80.7 inches).

A fully integrated control unit

A fully integrated control unit is located on the operator side of the machine, which includes a standalone PC with a 27 inch touchscreen monitor. This well recognized interface features the fundamental tools required for CAD/CAM production. Compensation values in x and y can be assigned to the machining operations for tool deflection to mill steel rule die boards.

Integrated Vacuum System for Steel, Wood & Phenolic Material

Wood, steel, and phenolic material are securely positioned with an integrated vacuum system. The vacuum system on the DieMilla was designed with stability and efficiency in mind to ensure the highest level of accuracy. DieMilla features an aluminum working table with special milling, designed in order to guarantee extreme working ease and suitable for perspirant working mats. The special milling surface components maintains flatness and can be easily skimmed as necessary.

Machine durability and longevity

Supporting frame is made of thick steel with steel support ribs under the table top for increase rigidity. XY prismatic guides with high precision helical gears for high efficiency, smooth, and precise movements while working at top speeds.

Fully automated aluminum vacuum top with adjustable zones to allow for any size steel counter plate to be milled to very tight tolerance. Utilize one or multiple zones to keep plates firmly in place on the table. Combined with both air and liquid cooling the DieMilla can easily mill both steel and phenolic counters

3.6 KW ELECTROSPINDLE

DieMilla features a 3.6 kW electrosprindle with HSK 25 connection, providing maximum performance. High speeds up to 40,000 RPM utilizing ceramic bearings ensure top speeds while never compromising accuracy.
