Stripping tools made easy!
IntegrAStrip is a centralized system to process steel rule for stripping tools. IntegrAStrip can work with either beveled or flat top steel rule. It is equipped with an integrated bending head, able to perform all the bending task by following the design file of the stripping tools.
The IntegrAStrip software allows you to select and produce stripping tools faster and in an automated fashion. A radically new user interface makes the manufacturing of stipping tools even easier, saving you time and effort!
Special software features allow the operator to program directly on the machine a full range of stripping claws. This allows you to produce stripping claws as you need them. As the other Serviform machines, IntegrAStrip is fully electric and the power requirements are reduced to the bare minimum.
All the punching operations are performed by three “new generation "multiple tool cartridges. These cartridges allow for multiple operations (i.e. cutting, bridging and punching of the claws) increasing production speed. Using custom designed special cartridges, IntegraStrip can also create dynamic stripping claws from standard 3 PT cutting rule. In addition, a scribing unit is available so the machine operator can scribe on the surface of the rule a code or a number to identify the piece produced.
Serviform Machines operate on an innovative software system developed by Serviform. SDDS (Serviform Digital Diemaking System) was developed based on Windows OS, specifically to meet the needs of the diemaking industry. Main features of the software are ease of use, perfect interface ability with existing networks, and extreme flexibility as all the operations of the machine are electrically or pneumatically driven. All Serviform machines can be networked together to help improve process efficiencies. In addition, IntegrAStrip machine control is now managed entirely by multiple industrial PLCs.
