Interchangeable bending head

Serviform Machines operate on an innovative software system developed by Serviform. SDDS (Serviform Digital Diemaking System) was developed based on Windows OS, specifically to meet the needs of the diemaking industry. Main features of the software are ease of use, perfect interface ability with existing networks and extreme flexibility as all operations are electrically or pneumatically driven. In addition, Eco2.0 machine control is now managed entirely by multiple industrial PLCs.

Broaching faster, cleaner & burr free

A completely re-designed in-line broaching unit is now an available add-on option for Eco2.0. The broaching tool can easily be adjusted through the innovative software, allowing broaching depth to be changed in one click!
