EcoGiant comes with the latest development of our die preparation software based upon Windows® OS. The PC is designed to transfer information from the graphic file right on to the machine. All machine controls are now managed by industrial PLCs. EcoGiant software allows the operator to select and process dies quickly and efficiently! A radically new user interface makes the manufacturing of dies easier than ever before.
Multi-Function Cartridges
All the punching operations are performed by three “new generation” cartridges designed for multiple operations (i.e. cutting, mitting, notching, nicking) saving valuable time and increasing production speed. With a unique motorized cartridge, the EcoGiant can produce perf and cut/crease rule out of standard cutting rule.

Smaller radiuses, increasing the quality
Upon request, the die maker can have a double inline broaching unit, reducing the time required to produce high tolerance dies for the folding carton industry.
The broaching technology allows for smaller radiuses, increasing the quality level of the dies and dramatically decreases make ready times on the die cutter.
