The fully automatic robot to install ejection rubber on the die

Rubbot2020 is the first fully automatic machine that installs cut rubber on a flat die. This revolutionary machine can process flat dies up to 42.12 x 29.50 inches, and allows for three different types of rubber to be placed at one time. Rubbot2020 works with rubber heights up to 0.433 inches.

 

The self-adhesive rubber pieces are placed with a robotic arm that carefully places rubber on the dieboard  Accurate positioning of the rubber pieces are executed and controlled by a video detection system. An innovative pick up system does not compromise the elastic response of the rubber.

 

The Rubbot2020 uses autorubba software system. This innovative software allows for a more productive use of the robotic system by automatically customizing the rubber nesting and creating the cutting file.

This eliminates the need for any additional CAD programming. Autorubba software with automatic nesting reduces waste by 30%! 

The Rubbot is fully connected and interfaced with the RubbA ejection rubber cutting machine. The machine also interfaces with the most common rubber cutting machines on the market, automatically supplying the cutting files used for processing.
