Rubbot2100 can process flat dies up to 82.6 x 55.1 inches, and allows for three different types of rubber to be placed at one time. Rubbot2100 works with rubber heights up to 0.625 inches.

Accurate positioning every time on every die
The self-adhesive rubber pieces are placed with a robotic arm that carefully places rubber on the die board. Accurate positioning of the rubber pieces are executed and controlled by a video detection system. An innovative pick up system does not compromise the elastic response of the rubber.

The Rubbot is fully connected and interfaced with the RubbA ejection rubber cutting machine. The machine also interfaces with the most common rubber cutting machines on the market, automatically supplying the cutting files used for processing.
